Alabama Renaissance Faire

Menagerie

Menagerie, as they are currently known, is comprised of Jon and Lisa Butts.  They got their start in 1989 (along with a friend) as a Recorder trio, known as the Royal Pipers. As a trio, they performed at Faires in Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee and Alabama.

 In 1993, the trio joined another group and Menagerie was formed.   

Five years later, Menagerie became the duo known today.  The group continued performing at Faires for many years. Each October, Menagerie can be seen performing for the Alabama Renaissance Faire in Florence, AL.
